OK here is our bench and backsquat plan for the near future. We will be starting another Wendler cycle this week. Each cycle runs for 4 weeks. Take your “1 RM” assumption from last cycle & add 5 # to bench and 10 # to your squat. Do the usual 90% working 1 RM of that & go from there. We will continue to bench on Wednesdays and squat on Thursdays. Make up days will be Fridays. At the end of the cycle we will 1 RM. That will be our last Wendler for a little bit. Constantly varied right…maybe a cycle of “20 RM?” or a cycle of “Quad-zilla?”
