Strength: Back Squat (5-5-5)

Once again, I made up a 5th week of Savat Strength. Guess what that means? DELOAD! You will keep using your assumed 1RM for this weeks deload. Using that  ‘assumed’ 1 RM, reference the white board for each of the sets weight percentages.


WOD: 20 M AMRAP (with a partner)

1 Power Clean (155/105)

1 Front Squat

1 Push Jerk

1 Back Squat

1 Push Jerk

Back, and better than ever, it’s the Bear Complex! Today, I’ve separated the movements; you cannot string them together (such as a squat clean thruster in place of first 3 movements). Partner 1 does this version of the ‘Bear Complex’ while Partner 2 rests. Then, the partners switch places.

Go back and forth recording 1 rep for each completed complex until the 20 minutes is up.
