STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (5-3-1+)
Week 3 of Wendler Cycle 2 is now happening! This cycle will also run for 4 weeks. Remember, this cycle has an added ‘twist.’ Hopefully, you remember what you added to your 1 RM last week. You will keep using that assumed 1RM for the remainder of this cycle. Using that new ‘assumed’ 1 RM continue to take 90% (training max) and find your calculations for each set from there.
