STRENGTH: TALL SNATCH PULL + HANG (SQUAT) SNATCH

Remember this drill from last week? It made everyones speed and 2nd pull of the snatch look so good, we are going to hang out here again this week!!!! We will talk over the points of performance with the pvc before we get started with the bar! We will combine the snatch pull with a hang squat snatch for a complex once again.

However, this time we are going to spend about 10 M warming up the complex and then complete an 5 M EMOM with 1 rep.

We have a birthday today! We are going to celebrate Carlos, and he has informed me that he will be at the 4:30 pm class.
