STRENGTH: Bench Press (8 RM)

Let’s start something new for the next few weeks! We will be closing out the summer with a short, 4-week cycle that has a more relaxed feel. Lately, when you get to the gym you read the whiteboard, reference the chart, warm-up and then hit your sets. Today, I will give you the reps, but you will be working up in weight to find your 8 RM for the day. If that is your work for the day, great. If you have about 5 M of time remaining, see if you can rest and then attempt to hit a second set with the same reps and weight.
