STRENGTH: 1 SPLIT JERK (BACK RACK, OHS GRIP)

Let’s combine our recent work with the Split Jerk and combine it with where we are going in the future (maintaining our overhead position)! We will take the bar from the rig, on our back rack, and complete a split jerk with our over head squat grip. We have done this before and it freaked some people out. So, let’s continue to work this position.
