STRENGTH: SPLIT JERK
Let’s wrap up our work with the split jerk. For the past several weeks we have spent a good amount of time talking about the basics. We have reviewed the footwork and technique on the colored tape pieces, talked about the speed as to which you catch the bar being vital to a successful lift, and last week worked on getting low and stabilizing that catch.
So, let’s do it up big today and work up to a heavy single! If that’s not in your cards, just keep working on your form/technique at arounds 75%.
