STRENGTH: 4 ROUNDS OF ‘BIG CLEAN COMPLEX’
Week 4 is here! We will be adding onto our work from last week. This in the ‘real’ Big Clean Complex. The BCC is 4 rounds unbroken of a high hang squat clean + hang squat clean + squat clean + shoulder-to-overhead. Today we will take 20 M to work up to a max load for 4 rounds. Use your number from last week as a point of reference for today! We will chat more before we get warmed-up and begin.
