STRENGTH: Back Squat (3-3-3+)

Wendler Week 2! Wendler Cycles run 4 weeks.  Weights are laid out in percentages of a WORKING 1 RM.  This WORKING 1 RM is 90 % of your true 1 RM. Using that number you will be following percentages on the whiteboard for each set. We will talk more before we start, but remember you have to take notes to make this program successful!

We have a Birthday today! It is Byrnn’s special day. The birthdays are exceptionally sparse in January, so that means you have to show up and celebrate when you have the chance!

Brynn is one of our members who keeps us all young and hip! As a result, she is also one of our members who is still young enough to have her Birthday WOD rep scheme directly reflect her age… I hear she will be at the 4:30 pm class because she has to make it to Driver’s Training on time!
