We have a birthday today! In honor of Andrew, and his special day, we are all going to be put through the United States Army Physical Fitness Test. This will include 2 minutes of push-ups. 2 minutes of sit-ups and (technically) a 2 Mile Run. I know, I know, it’s dark and cold and CrossFit people hate running. So, the running is optional. If you are not interested in the run, you can hop on the rower at any point and complete a 1600 M row. I’ll have a print-out of the scoring standards on the whiteboard. See if you can pass!!!!!
