Today, we are going to change things up. I’m basically going to be forcing some mobility work on you! Don’t worry, a professional (Holly) came up with all the mobility postures that we will be working through. I’ve been given extensive instructions and modifications to make this work. Good mobility is such an asset to good body patterns and movement!
*With that being said, there will be NO Warrior Flow Yoga after class!*
