STRENGTH: Back Squat (5-3-1+)

Week 3 of Wendler Cycle 2 is now happening! This cycle will also run for 4 weeks. Remember, this cycle has an added ‘twist.’  You will keep using your assumed 1RM for the remainder of this cycle. Using that new ‘assumed’ 1 RM continue to take 90% (training max) and find your calculations for each set from there.

We have Birthday Twins at the gym today! Nancy and Mandi worked together to create this WOD. They had a hand in the WOD movements, rep scheme, warm-up and music that will be played. So demanding… I know that Nancy is part of the 6:00 am crew; but if that doesn’t sounds sane to you, Mandi hangs out with the evening crew!!!
