STRENGTH: (Squat) Clean + (Split) Jerk

Hey! We’ve reached the day to finally combine all of our work with the squat clean and split jerk. So, with that being said, we are combining the 2 movements into 1 and going big! You will have 20 M to hit a heavy single, or maybe even hit a new 1 RM number.

 

WOD: 15 M EMOM

1 Hang (Squat) Clean

1 (Squat) Clean

1 (Split) Jerk

 

*The bar should never leave your hand. This complex should be completed in a ‘touch-and-go’ fashion. The complex should be completed at about 75% of your 1 RM.
