STRENGTH: Bench Press (3-3-3+)

Wendler Week 2! Wendler Cycles run 4 weeks.  Weights are laid out in percentages of a WORKING 1 RM.  This WORKING 1 RM is 90 % of your true 1 RM. Using that number you will be following percentages on the whiteboard for each set. We will talk more before we start, but remember you have to take notes to make this program successful!

Do you have extra time at the end of class? See if you can rack up some hip/back extension reps. Try to get anywhere from 40-60 reps in depending on your experience level!!!

 

Guess What?!? We have another birthday this week! Today we are celebrating Ashley’s special day! She and Amy Berg should be partners for the Team Series because they both like the exact same things! That means after Amy’s birthday on Tuesday, I had to take some creative liberties with Ashley’s WOD. Some of these movements were on her list and some were not. However, none of these were on her ‘no’ list. I’m just trying to cover my butt here…
