WOD I: 1 RM Deadlift

You will have 30 M to establish a 1 RM Deadlift. We’ll talk about how to most efficiently go about this beforehand!

WOD II: 1 Mile Run

This will act as a ‘time trial.’ Everyone will start at the same time and complete a mile run as fast as he/she can.

 

 

As a heads-up, there will be no Open Gym tomorrow morning after the 9:00 am class. We are headed to the Root River! Here are some details in case you missed the post on FaceBook earlier this week…

We will be leaving from the Gym after the 9:00 am class! A bus will be at the gym at 10:30 am to transport us to Root River Outfitters! The bus will cost $15 a person. Once we get to Root River Outfitters, you can rent any tubes for yourself and maybe even a cooler tube! It looks like tube rental is $14/standard tube or $17/tube with backrest. Then, we float! The tubing takes 2.5-3 hours. The bus will then pick us up and take us back home (to the gym!). We should be back in Winona by 4:30 pm.

Remember to pack any food/drinks that you want to take with you on the river, as well!
