*WOD will be completed as  ‘I go, You go.’  Partner 1 does a complete round, while Partner 2 rests. Partner 2 does a complete round as Partner 1 rests. So far, you have 2 rounds. Work your way up to 20 Rounds total. Rounds are meant to be unbroken with the barbell and an all out sprint.
