Strength: Power Clean
I know that we are supposed to be working on the squat clean, but I don’t particularly care to do anymore squats for at least another day, so let’s power clean. You will have 12 M to warm-up to a heavy single, which may or may not be 1 RM numbers depending on if you did Murph. Then, let’s work through a 6 M EMOM with 2 reps @ 75% of your 1 RM.
