Strength: Hang (Squat) Clean
12 M to work up to a heavy single, and then a 5 M EMOM with 1 rep @ 75% of what you got to during strength!
We will be switching our focus from the snatch to the clean and jerk. We’ve spent a good deal of time working the split jerk, so today let’s work some positions for the squat clean. Taking the squat clean from the hang position this week will allow us to focus on good hip extension and a fast drop under the bar. We will work on that first pull next week!
