STRENGTH: INCLINE BENCH PRESS (4-4-4)

Here comes week 2 of ‘testing the waters.’ Remember, your incline bench number will not be the same as your 1 RM number for bench. I will have percentages of your 1 RM for bench that you should be able to do your 3 sets at for the incline bench press today. Again, what gets written down gets measured.  What gets measured gets managed. What gets managed gets improved.
