Strength: Back Squat
Today is Week 2 of the 20 Rep Back Squat Challenge. Last week we started off at 50% of your 1 RM, and this week we add 5 lbs to your number from last week!
Every week, for the next 7 weeks, we will be adding 5 lbs to your total and squat it 20 times (in an unbroken set). This means you need to take notes so you know where you are. In the famous words of Mike Savat, ‘What gets written down gets measured. What gets measured gets managed. What gets managed gets improved.’ We’ll talk more before we start!
