STRENGTH: Bench Press (8-8-8)

We made it everyone! We all successfully completed the Hypertrophy cycle of the last 8 weeks. Hooray! That means, as a reward, we all get to experience de-load week. As you can see from the listed reps above, the volume has backed off significantly, as will the percentages for each set.

Weight percentages for each of the sets will be on the whiteboard.
