SKILL: ‘PUSHING’ + Row
Today, we are going back to the top of the chart with the ‘pushing’ section of the ‘Fitness Level’ chart. The chart begins at a ‘beginner level’ of knee push-ups and progresses to a ‘fittest on earth’ level of ring handstand push-ups. Find where you are on the chart and we will go from there. Some may be stuck on a skill and want to strengthen their movement through eccentrics. Some may need to practice cycle-time and want to do an EMOM. It’s going to be different and you may need to be patient with me as we try to make this work for everyone!
In between your sets of work, let’s get some rowing in. A good standard row for this time would be about 250 M. If you want to use the time to get rowing tips/tricks and technique we can do that, too! Let’s start to build up that aerobic capacity (you know, because spring is right around the corner?).

Remember, 19.2 will be released tonight! If you join us at the gym around 7:00 pm we will live stream the announcement. The announcements are not as ‘grand’ these days, but you still get to see some Games level athletes complete the WOD right after it is announced!! We will have drinks and snacks, so please join us for some fun!
Also, 6:30 pm crew you will warm-up and do the WOD from 6:30-7:00 and then you can decide to either watch the announcement from 7:00-7:30 or you can work through the skill session!
