PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE SIGNED UP ON ZEN PLANNER FOR A HEAT TIME. If you are not signed up we cannot guarantee that you will be able to WOD at the time you show up! 8:30 AM: Gym Open for Warm-Ups (we will not be doing any ‘group’ warm-ups. It’s your responsibility to get yourself ready before your heat time).
