STRENGTH: SQUAT CLEAN
Let’s put all of our recent ‘Tuesday Oly Sessions’ to the test today. We have worked different aspects of the clean over the last few weeks, so today will be a chance to get heavy. Take about 18 M (after we warm-up) to work up to a heavy single and/or 1 RM. If a heavy single isn’t in your cards (or you just want a little more time around the 75% mark to work on your technique and confidence) you could turn this time domain into an EMOM, too. Take about 10 minutes to warm-up and use the remaining minutes to work singles as an EMOM.
