SKILL: Handstand Land + ‘Squat’
Alrighty, today is going to be a mash-up of 2 of the sections on our fitness chart. Last week, we worked on the ‘pushing’ section; however, many people had to make-up strength work and didn’t get the chance to work from the chart. So, today is your lucky day. Instead of working from the chart though, let’s focus on the handstand. This can go a lot of different ways. You could work a handstand hold from the wall/box/free-standing, you could do handstand push-ups from a box/wall, you could handstand walk or even work in some wall climbs.
Then, in between sets of work, let’s also work from the ‘squat’ section of the chart with the ‘pistol’ squat.
