STRENGTH: HANG SQUAT CLEAN

Let’s put all of our recent ‘Tuesday Oly Sessions’ to the test today. We have worked different aspects of the clean over the last few months, so today will be a chance to get heavy. Take about 12 M (after we warm-up) to work up to a heavy single. After time expires take about 75% of that number and compete a 5 M EMOM x 1 Rep.
