STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (8-8-8)

So, this is de-load week… De-load for a hypertrophy cycle that will be gaining in volume after this week. We will be keeping up with the volume for this de-load (although, it is definitely not as much volume as we have become accustomed to the last 2 weeks) while we de-load the percentage of your 1 RM that we will be moving.

Percentages will be on the board.

We have a birthday today!! It is Carly Boisen’s birthday today. I used the movements she requested and tried to find interesting combinations of numbers that are somehow related to 19 (for how old she is turning). That was no easy feat, it’s fairly random. Hopefully, you can make it in today to help us celebrate Carly.

A bit nervous about the OHS? Don’t be, we can scale and modify the movement for everyone.
