If you still need to make up your bench press/back squat work from this week, the gym will be open at 8:30 am and then again from 10:00-10:30 am for you to get your sets in. This will be the last day to get those last sets in before we move onto the next week.

Also, Kerri Bronk you were the winner of the ‘at-home WOD’ challenge from Wednesday. Thanks to everyone who took the time to complete the WOD and turn their times in.
