*We last re-tested this WOD about 6 weeks ago for Casey’s birthday. Today is the big day to re-test. Even of your are not re-testing it, you can still show up.

This WOD will be a test of your basic barbell capacity. Your results from today will be plugged into an algorithm, and we will repeat this workout again in about 6 weeks. If you’ve never completed this workout, it’s great! You get to pick your own weight and go!

< 20 Rounds= 10 lbs lighter

20-30 Rounds= Same weight

> 30 Rounds= 10 lbs heavier
