STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (8-10-8)
Well, we all survived the big strength cycle from this past fall/winter. How about we switch things up?
I had been hinting at a change and here it is! We will be moving from the lower rep, strength phase to the higher rep, hypertrophy cycle. Hypertrophy is roughly 8-12 reps. This is where we live for the next eight weeks. The percentages for the sets will be on the white board! Good luck…
