It has been awhile since we’ve completed this WOD! Did you know that it is Casey’s birthday today? Well, it is and I can imagine that she might have an issue completing this WOD at her fullest potential after her day at the UDX Winter Games…However, birthday wishes are birthday wishes and this is her request.

This WOD will be a test of your basic barbell capacity. Your results from today will be plugged into an algorithm, and we will repeat this workout again in about 6 weeks; which works out great because then Casey can give it a real effort! If you’ve never completed this workout, it’s great! You get to pick your own weight and go!

< 20 Rounds= 10 lbs lighter

20-30 Rounds= Same weight

> 30 Rounds= 10 lbs heavier
