SKILL: PISTOL SQUATS AND WALL CLIMBS
We will spend some time going over the progressions/modifications/scales for the pistol squats before we set off to work. In between each set of work that you complete with the pistol squats you will complete 1 or 2 reps of a wall climb, too!
