Strength: Power Clean + Front Squat
Let’s add to our power clean work from the past couple weeks! You will be given 20 M to 1 RM your power clean with an added twist. If you can power clean the weight, you are going to add a front squat to it to make a complex. This will show you a ‘ball park’ figure for a 1 RM power clean, but also start our transition to the squat clean.
