STRENGTH: OHS

Back at it with the Overhead Squat during our strength sessions. As we closed out our ‘Snatch Sessions’ on Oly Tuesday’s, I promised that the snatch wouldn’t necessarily go away.  This will be our chance to keep the overhead position, and the mobility that it requires, strong! Today let’s work doubles.

We can also use this time to work on OHS mobility and OHS with a PVC (or empty bar) if that is were you are at! We can make this something for everyone!

*Team numbers will be determined by how many people are at class divided by how many rowers we have!
