STRENGTH: Bench Press (6-6-6)

We finally made it to de-load week once again! After our last 3 working weeks, this week is a chance to reset and recover. This cycle operated similarly to the Wendler format in terms of working sets being laid out for you at specific percentages. However, you operated off of your true 1 RM for all of the weight calculations. The percentages for this de-load will be laid out on the whiteboard.
