STRENGTH: SQUAT SNATCH

Over the past several weeks we have worked the overhead position, dropping under the bar (snatch balance), hip extension and high elbows (tall snatch pulls) and the set-up of the first pull.

So, let’s put this all together today. You will have 10 M to warm-up your (squat) snatch, and then we will complete a 5 M EMOM of 1 Rep at 75%.
