Our final Festivus Prep session is upon us! If you are headed to Festivus next weekend, or even if you are going to spectate, this WOD is for you. We will talk movement standards and tips and tricks before we start.
Remember, if you are competing at Festivus you may stay after class to work on the other WODs that we haven’t tested, or to re-test something you missed at the last test session!
