STRENGTH: Back Squat (5-5-5)

Wendler Week 4, which means DELOAD! Wendler Cycles run 4 weeks.  Weights are laid out in percentages of a WORKING 1 RM.  This WORKING 1 RM is 90 % of your true 1 RM. Using that number you will be following percentages on the whiteboard for each set. We will talk more before we start, but remember you have to take notes to make this program successful.
