STRENGTH: POWER Snatch + Overhead Squat

It’s been a few weeks since we drilled the positions of the snatch. So, let’s take one more week to work with the basics. We will take some time today to talk about the points of performance for the power snatch. That means we are warming-up with the PVC pipe. After some talk about positions and work with the PVC, I’ll turn you loose with the barbell. You will work up to your heaviest possible weight for this complex in the time provided.
