STRENGTH: POWER SNATCH

We have spent the past few weeks reviewing the points of performance for the snatch. Hopefully, we helped you figure out where your success/struggles were with the snatch and gave you some tips to maximize your strengths or fix your weakness with the snatch!

Today, you will have 12 M to warm-up your snatch or hit a heavy single. After the 12 M session we will move into a 6 M EMOM x1 Rep @ 75%.

Hey! We haven’t celebrated a birthday in awhile, so let’s do that today! We get to celebrate Cole today. He isn’t turning 45 or 15 today, but rather the B.I.G. 18. That’s exciting for him…now he is an adult that can vote, big stuff. He typically hangs out at the noon class, so if you can make it we’d love to have you join in on the Birthday Party!
