WOD: For Time (with a partner)*
100 DB Deadlifts (50/35 x2)
100 Burpees Over the DB
100 DB Hang Cleans
100 DB Box Step-Overs
100 DB Shoulder-to-Overhead
*You and your partner may cycle the reps any way you see fit, however each partner must complete an equal amount of reps for each movement. All of the reps must be completed for each movement before moving on to the next movement.
