Strength: Back Squat
Let’s start something new for the next few weeks! We will be closing out the summer with a short, 4-week cycle that has a more relaxed feel. Lately, when you get to the gym you read the whiteboard, reference the chart, warm-up and then hot your sets. Today, I will give your the reps, but you will be working up in weight to find your 8 RM for the day. Once, you establish this weight, you will rest and then attempt to hit a second set with the same reps and weight.
WOD: 20 M AMRAP
2 Deadlifts (135/95)
4 Hang Cleans
6 Shoulder-to-Overhead
8 Burpee Pull-Ups
