Yup. We are going outside. Let’s roll out the yoga mats and a timer on a phone and play this game outside. The goal is to accumulate 100 Tire Flips, and every minute on the minute do burpees. Grab a yoga mat to do your burpees on, I’ll have the timer and we will make it work with the tires.
