Here it is! We have reached the end of our current clean and jerk cycle. Today, you will take all of your hard work, focus and technique and apply it to the clean and jerk. You will have 20 M to 1 RM this movement. Not feeling it? A heavy single will also work! Think you need more time drilling the positions and your technique?
