STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (12-12-12)
Hooray!! We have come to the last week of our second ‘hypertrophy’ cycle. The reps are as high as we are going to go, along with the percentages. Remember, throughout this entire cycle the volume has been what is the most important. Make sure that you are getting in each of the reps in all of the sets. Make the necessary modifications to the weight if need be.
Weight for each of the sets will be on the whiteboard.
