STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (12-12-12)

Back at it, and closing in on the end of our second ‘hypertrophy’ cycle. The reps are creeping up, along with the percentages, as the weeks carry on.  Remember, throughout this entire cycle the volume is what is the most important. Make sure that you are getting in each of the reps in all of the sets. Make the necessary modifications to the weight if need be.

Weight for each of the sets will be on the whiteboard.

We have a big week of Birthday WODs headed our way starting today! Today, we get to celebrate Ronnie. He gave me some movements and a WOD format that he likes, so I hope this is what he had in mind… He is a 6:30 pm regular, so if you want to celebrate with him, you will have to come to visit everyone at the last class of the day!
