Strength: HANG SQUAT CLEAN

Let’s put all of our recent ‘Tuesday Oly Sessions’ to the test today. We have worked different aspects of the clean over the last few weeks, so today will be a chance to get heavy. Take about 10 M (after we warm-up) to work up to a heavy single. After time expires take about 75% of that number and compete a 5 M EMOM x 1 Rep.

10 KB Push Press (total, 5 each arm) (53/35)

10 Goblet Squats

10 KB Swings

10 Burpees
