STRENGTH: Bench Press (8-10-8)
While we were focused on Murph Prep we put the bench press on hold. Now, it’s back. Depending on shoulder health, this cycle will coincide with our current back squat cycle for a total of eight weeks.
This will be a higher rep ‘hypertrophy’ cycle. Always remember that everyone is a bit different and adapts to stimulus at a different level. Hypertrophy is roughly 8-12 reps. This is where we live for the next eight weeks (hopefully). The percentages for the sets will be on the white board! Good luck…
