STRENGTH: Back Squat (8-10-8)
I’ve been hinting at moving from the lower rep strength phase of this past winter to the higher rep hypertrophy cycle of the summer. There are grey transitional areas between these rep schemes, and always remember that everyone is a bit different and adapts to stimulus at a different level, but these are guidelines. Hypertrophy is roughly 8-12 reps. This is where we live for the next eight weeks. The percentages for the sets will be on the white board! Good luck…
