STRENGTH: SNATCH BALANCE -OR- OVERHEAD SQUAT

We have been working the OHS for a few weeks now, so I thought today we could move our way to the snatch balance. This movement is great for all of us needing to build confidence and skill in the bottom of the snatch. We will go over the movements and points of performance before we begin. As a side note, if your Overhead Squat leaves a lot to be desired, or you need some work with your mobility, let’s do that instead. We can make this successful for everyone!!!
